Every order ships with tracking, from the day it leaves our warehouse to the day it lands on your porch. Track it any time with the link in your shipping email.
Address changes
Made a mistake at checkout? Email us as soon as possible we'll try fix it before it ships. Once it's on its way, we can't change the address.
Delivery time
Standard delivery to US addresses takes 4–8 business days from the day it ships.
Delays outside our control
We ship it fast. What happens after it leaves us, carrier delays, customs, weather, isn't something we can promise around. If tracking looks stuck, reach out and we'll help you chase it down.
