We do our best to keep prices, descriptions, and photos accurate. If something's wrong, we can correct it, even after you've ordered, and we'll let you know.

Pricing and changes
Prices and product details can change at any time without notice. Orders already placed keep the price you paid.
Payment
Charges are in USD. By checking out, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method provided and that the details are accurate.
Orders
An order confirmation email doesn't guarantee we can fulfill your order. We can decline or cancel any order, for any reason, and you'll be refunded if we do.
Subscriptions
If you subscribe, your card is charged automatically at the frequency you choose until you cancel. To make sure you're never left without SNOOTS, we charge and dispatch each refill 15 days before your selected delivery interval, so your next supply is on its way before your current one runs out. For a 60-day plan, this means your card is charged and your refill shipped around day 45. An email reminder is sent 24 hours before each charge. You can cancel, pause, or skip any time from your account or by emailing hello@trysnoots.com , as long as you do so before your next refill is charged.
Shipping
We ship to the addresses listed at checkout. Delivery times vary by location; see our Shipping Policy for current estimates. Enter your address correctly, we're not responsible for delays from incorrect address info. Contact us right away if you need to change an order; we often ship fast and can't always catch it in time.
Product safety
Follow the instructions included with your diffuser. The heating element is UL certified. As with any plug-in device: don't use a damaged unit, keep it clear of anything flammable, and don't leave it somewhere it could be knocked into water.

Reviews and submissions
If you send us a review, photo, or comment, you're giving us permission to use it, in whole or in part, in our marketing, with your name attached, unless you tell us otherwise. Please don't submit anything that isn't true or that isn't yours to share.

Except where the law doesn't allow it, SNOOTS is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will work for every cat or resolve every case of stress-related behavior.
Limitation of liability
If SNOOTS is found liable under any theory, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
